I use a combination of breathing techniques, visualisation, vocal and whole body warm ups, combined with my holistic approach, and resonance development.
I’ll also share practical strategies , in the moment tools, for managing nerves during performances or auditions. These may be grounding techniques, postural awareness or anchoring exercises, to bring you back to steady realisation and self awareness.
